Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

βœ… Refund & Exchange

  • We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition with all tags intact to be eligible.

  • For a smooth return/exchange, the product must pass our quality check during reverse pickup.

  • Exchanges can be made only once per product and are subject to stock availability.

  • Once the product is approved for exchange, the new product will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

  • We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order with all stickers/labels visible. This video is required in case of missing, damaged, or wrong product(s)/parcel(s). Without this, we may not be able to process returns or refunds.

  • Innerwear items are not applicable for return and exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts, brand collaborations, or events with free gifts are not eligible for return/exchange/refund. Terms will be displayed when applying such coupon codes.

  • Orders of β‚Ή500 or below are not eligible for return or exchange.


πŸ” Reverse Pickup Services

  • We provide a free reverse pickup service. Products must pass quality inspection for return or exchange.

  • Each order gets 2 reverse pickup attempts.

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable, please self-ship the product to:

πŸ’Έ Refund for Self-Shipping

  • Once the self-shipped product is received in unused condition with tags and packaging intact, and passes quality check, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

  • You’ll receive a full refund + up to β‚Ή100 (as courier reimbursement).

  • This will be credited to your bank account (for both prepaid and COD orders).

  • We recommend using Speed Post (India Post), a reliable, government-owned courier.

Prepaid Orders

  • If the product passes quality check, the refund is initiated within 24–48 hours and credited within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.

COD Orders

  • Refunds are issued as a coupon code, valid for 6 months, sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Coupon Usage & Refund Example

  • If a product is bought using a refund coupon, and then returned, the value will be refunded again as a new coupon, and any remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Example:
Ayushi ordered via COD and returned the product. She received a β‚Ή300 coupon. If she uses this for a prepaid order and returns it, she will receive a new coupon + refund for remaining amount. If she uses it for another COD order, she will receive a new coupon for the full order value upon return.


❌ Cancellations/Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified (change in phone number, address, product, size) only before dispatch.

🚫 Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product or Parcel

  • If you receive a damaged/defective/used/wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos or an opening video.

  • We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If the parcel is torn/damaged/empty, do not accept it.

  • If you receive an unrelated or empty product, raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Again, an unpacking video is required to process such claims.

  • COD orders have a β‚Ή50 cash handling fee per product. Prepaid orders have no extra charges.

  • If you paid via a third-party platform and didn’t receive cashback/updates, contact the respective platform.

  • For prepaid orders, if you get a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the product, report it within 48 hours.

  • Refund coupon codes are valid for 6 months, and must be used in full in a single transaction.
